  • Group/Centre Activities – We able to help with the following support categories: Assistance with social and community participation 

  • Plan Management - Plan management is when we take care of paying who have delivered services/items to NDIS participants on their behalf.

  • Participate Community - Goals relating to participating in community, social or recreational activities. These activities may be provided in a centre or in a community setting.

  • Communication and Information Equipment - Products to assist with alternate communication or to access written or spoken communication via electronic or other means. 

  • Assistive Products for Household Task - Under this support service, we offer aids along with other assistive products that aid with showering, toileting, and other daily living tasks.

  • Household Tasks - Support workers can assist with a range of household tasks all throughout your home, including Cleaning Laundry Dish washing Changing bed linen Vacuuming and washing floors Dusting Essential ironing Meal preparation General house maintenance.

  • Development Life Skills - Development-Life Skills Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible.

  • Innovative Community Participation - Innovative Community Participation Program, NDIS participants can develop social skills, highlight their talents, and participate in the community meaningful way. They will also increase their self-esteem and independence.

  • Daily Tasks/Shared Living - Assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of everyone to live as autonomously as possible.

  • Assistance Travel/Transport - Individuals who find it difficult to travel independently without assistance receive transportation support. With the right equipment and service from Advanced Care, participants can travel independently and safely with the right equipment and support.

  • Assistance with Personal Activities - This level of support is based on bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming up to 2 hours per day – including bowel management, skin care, bladder management, menstrual care

  • Assistance Life Stage Transition - Life Stage Transition program includes short- and long-term support that focuses on assistance to live at home, community participation, and helping you to coordinate your own support. This includes: If you need assistance with life stage transitions, especially into the workforce

  • Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety - Products for personal care or safety including beds and pressure mattresses, toilet and bathroom equipment, specialised clothing, and continence needs.

  • Access/Maintain Employment - Pre- and post-employment job support in a group job preparation and supports to help school leavers find employment, enabling a smooth transition from school to the job market Supporting further education and training for NDIS participants.

  • Accommodation/Tenancy provides and assists Participants with housing and tenancy services, NDIS housing investment, renting in the private rental market, public housing, and community housing options.
